Welcome FAQ

FAQs

How can I join you on Sunday?

Our in-person worship service is at 10 AM on Sundays at 11300 84th Ave, in North Delta.

Do I Need to Wear a Mask?

We adhere to BC's Public Health Guidelines. As of December 1, 2021, masks are mandatory in our building, and during the worship services for everyone age 5 and older.

Do I need to show a vaccine passport?

No, we are not checking your vaccination status, which means we are limited to 50% capacity, equaling 170 people in the sanctuary. Our ushers are counting everyone who enters on Sundays. Should we reach capacity prior to the children leaving for their Kids Program, we will kindly ask you to wait in the foyer until capacity is freed up in the sanctuary. However, given the average attendance, we don't expect we will reach this capacity.

Can I Join the Service Online?

Yes!

You have a choice:

  1. Watch our livestream on Sundays via YouTube HERE
  2. Join our Zoom community at 9:45 - please send a note to info@wearenorthside.com to get the link info.

What can I expect at A Sunday morning gathering?

You will be made to feel welcomed. Sit where you would like. We are a friendly group and just want to introduce you to the Way of Jesus. There will be some singing and a short message from the Bible.

When should I come?

There is one service starting at 10:00 am, lasting 60-75 minutes.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably, just like you would if you were going to work, school or out. There is no dress code.

Where should I park?

There is free parking on-site and if that lot should be full, there is some parking on 84th Ave and overflow available at Richardson Elementary, which is just east of Northside on 84th Ave.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible!

Am I going to be asked to give money?

No. Giving is part of our worship, but there is no expectation or obligation for visitors to participate.

Is there something for Kids?

Children may start out in the sanctuary with the entire church family for the singing part of worship. At approx. 10:20 am children ages 3 to Grade 5 go to Northside Kids for their own program. Children grade 6 and up stay in the main service.

For babies and toddlers under age 3, our Nursery is available during the services.
